The Villa, of 360 m2, can accomodate 14 people and it is on two levels:
Ground floor: dining room with small living room area with fireplace, satellite-TV and access onto the terrace equipped for outdoor meals, kitchen (5 cooking places, toaster, oven, freezing compartment, dishwasher, washing machine), one double room, bathroom with shower (window), storage room, WC (window).
First floor: one double room with private bath with shower (dormer window), one twin-bedded room with private bath with shower (window), four double rooms, two bathrooms with shower (window).
Distances: Dicomano with shops of all kinds, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy, train station 4,5km, golf course (18 holes) 18km, Florence 38km, San Gimignano 93km, Siena 115km, Viareggio and the beaches of Versilia 123km, the Etruscan village of Volterra 133km.
At guests' disposal: fenced in spacious garden with automatic gate and intercom system in the house, panoramic terrace with pool (6m x 12m, depth 1,20m/2,60m, open 03/05-27/09) with connected small childrens' pool (3m x 3m, depth 0,75m) in one corner, cold shower. Washing machine available. Please request at the time of reservation: 2 baby beds (for free), 2 extra beds €150/week/bed. Parking.
