The Villa has a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside and over the private park of the House, with independent entrance can accomodate 10 people.
It has been restored respecting the old characteristics such as arched brick ceiling and terra cotta floors. On the ground floor it has a dining room, a living room with double sofa-bed, arm chairs, fireplace and Sat-TV, a smaller sitting room with doors that lead into the garden, a very big kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, grill, pizza oven, dishwasher, american coffee maker and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, a large hall. At the second floor there is a very nice loft with a beautiful view over the Tuscan hills and sofa-bed. Outside it has a private garden with a nice fountain, table and chairs. In the enclosed garden there is a swimming-pool at exclusive use of the Villa's guests.
